Paper prints

All our giclée paper prints are reproduced on hahnemühle German etching, an artist grade heavy-duty paper with a textured finish. The velvety matte surface is optimised for high-contrast prints. This vegan certified paper has a warm white hue providing a perfect surface for reproducing paintings.

Our giclée prints are designed to stand the test of time. Using archival-grade inks and papers, your prints will maintain their vibrancy and integrity for decades, ensuring your artwork is preserved for future generations.

Originals

All original paintings are created on archival quality paper and cotton canvas substrates, using artist grade acrylic paint and mixed media (primarily mark making tools such as charcoal, soft pastel and soluble pencil). Canvas paintings come with custom made tray frames and a certificate of authenticity. All paintings are hand signed and finished with UV varnish.

Both framed and unframed prints are sent via courier and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

International shipping can take a little longer depending on location. Further details can be provided prior to purchase.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipment notification email.

Originals - For the UK, please allow 5-7 business days to prepare for safe shipping. The painting will be carefully packaged between two MDF boards to protect all sides and corners of the work, and will be sent via Parcelforce next day delivery.

International shipping may take a little longer but full details can be provided on enquiry.

Prints

While all my fine art and canvas prints are made to order, and therefore cannot be returned if you simply change your mind, I do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the quality of your prints. If you are not happy, or your print arrived damaged or incorrect, please respond within 48 hours for a full refund.

I am also more than happy to provide a mock-up of the print in your space and provide advice on framing, whether you pick a framed print from my website or buy your own, so just drop me an email, krissy@abstractbykrissy.com, with your enquiry and I will respond within 24 hours.

Originals

With my original artwork I want to give you the opportunity to live with the piece and make sure it hits the right note. Therefore there is a 30-day return policy on original paintings. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, however the buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
